Well we didn’t get the blazing hot sun or ice creams but we did keep warm with hot tea and bacon butties! Yes it was the Westerfield show, but despite the weather what a great day we had.
Well done to Sophia and Serena who got a 4th and 5th in showing classes on Barbie Girl, and well done to Tommy who was brave enough to enter first ridden and had to contend with the only downpour of the day to get placed 3rd. Emily joined us at short notice for her first ever show on Mordy and she did brilliant getting placed 6th.
I had an easy day of it as Ellie was unable to bring Kit-Kat to the show but, was the best groom which meant i could actually have some lunch for a change ~ Thanks Ellie x.
So the end of the day ended on a high with Serena, Sophia, Emily and Ellie all having great fun in the gymkhana and coming away with arm fulls of rosettes and trophies.
