Morley Farm Barn Livery Yard is a quiet friendly yard with a lovely family atmosphere. The yard is set in idyllic surrounding yet is only 2 minutes drive from Woodbridge. Karen (Proprietor) lives opposite the yard with her husband and children so we are always available for help and guidance. The yard is very secure as the only site entrance is visible from the cottage; we also have 24 hour recorded CCTV, motion activated lights around the building and an alarmed Tack-room.
Our grazing is beautiful well established meadows which are tree lined and a fresh water stream runs through the land. We have an abundance of wildlife with wild ducks, deer, otters, owls, sparrow hawks and kestrels etc., often seen when walking through the estate.

We also keep ducks, chickens and rabbits around the yard so plenty of distractions for 
young children if needed!
Stables
We have a selection of large well ventilated stables in varying sizes, most of which overlook the central courtyard which has a large covered area for tacking up, grooming etc.
Tack room
The Tack room (alarmed) is entered just off the main courtyard and is very large, well light 
and airy. Each client has their own saddle rack, rug rack and storage bay.
Human Comforts!
Adjacent to our outdoor school we have a large static caravan which has a kitchen, WC and lounge area overlooking our full size floodlight arena. Outside the caravan is a fenced secure garden with swing, slide and barbeque area.
We also offer free WIFI connection which covers most of the yard area.
