Sunday 24th July 2016 and off we went to “The Jays” show. The sun was shining and the temperature was rising and guess who forgot the sun cream! But apart from coming home looking like Lobsters Sophia and Serena were amazing. This was our first show of the season and both girls rode amazingly well. Sophia managed to get a 5th and 6th and keep Silver calm and controlled in her classes, which is a pretty tough job for a champion games pony! Serena was placed 2nd and 3rd in her classe
s, on Pepper which gave her a chance in the championships and two qualifications for the amateur showing society event taking place in September.
Every show we go to Sophia and Serena are learning so much and improving greatly. They were competing against adults and at 9 years old rode amazingly well…….watch this space!
