We are delighted to welcome Shirley and family to Morley Farm Barn. Shirley has been eagerly awaiting the arrival of her beautiful Friesian all the way from Holland. I am sure Shirley and “Rossi” are going to have loads of fun together. ‘Rossi’ was soon joined on the same day by The Devil’s Horsemen Stunt Team, who used our facilities to rest 9 of their famous horses for the night during their latest filming assignment for Lloyd’s Bank. The whole yard went ‘selfie’ mad including me which certainly doesn’t happen very often! How many people can say they have looked after such famous horses used in the filming of ‘Troy’, ‘Merlin’ and ‘Downton Abbey’? The grooms and management travelling with the Devil’s Horsemen were delighted with the yard and very happy with the care and attention made to make the horses feel ‘comfy’ and at home!
